The installations of the SCR plant were designed and optimized using CFD simulations to achieve optimal performance. The scope of the CFD optimization included:
- Guide vanes
- NH4OH injection system
- Static mixing system
In addition, we supplied several key components, including the injection and static mixing systems, as well as the ammonia flow control unit.
