Dust Suction System in a Slag Processing Hall in Switzerland

Flowtech performed a CFD simulation study to reproduce the air flow and dust particle transport inside a slag processing hall. Different dust suction systems, such as open fans and a suction piping system, were tested prior to making design recommendations on it.

After their implementation, the dust concentration inside the hall decreased significantly.
