Control Stations 

Concepts for ammonia and urea control systems are available in various standards.

These units are responsible for controlling the correct amount of ammonia and compressed air to be injected into the flue gas duct of the SCR / SNCR system. Thus, a safe operation with correct NOx reduction rates and a low ammonia slip are guaranteed.

The following arrangements are standard:

- NH4OH and compressed air for 1 - 8 direct injection nozzles for rectangular ducts
- NH4OH and compressed air for 1- 4 direct injection nozzles for round ducts
- urea and compressed air for 1 - 8 direct injection nozzles or pre vaporizers

The cabinet is delivered completely mounted, wired and tested. Stainless steel hoses for connecting the nozzles are included.
