Injection Systems
Injection systems and nozzles are designed and manufactured by Flowtech Industries AG.
The most common reagent solutions for the injection in a SCR process
are NH4OH and urea. They are injected directly into the flue gas duct
with or without compressed air. The main advantages of our nozzles are
the following:
- the best atomization and the smallest droplet diameter over the full range
- the lowest amount of compressed air is required
- the widest control range (0 - 250 kg/h)
- manufacturing in stainless steel or Hastelloy
- no insulation requirements, even for high temperature applications and large lance lengths
- no plugging problems with urea due to adequate nozzle design
Ammonia
Injection Grid (AIG)
Ammonia Injection Grids are designed by Flowtech Industries AG for all kind of duct dimensions. The patented AIG systems from Flowtech are installed in numerous high dust SCR plants (waste incineration sites and refineries).
Both the injection position distribution and control zone arrangement
are flexibly adapted to the given application. The AIG systems are
designed to be used with or without static mixing devices.
